Relationships as Spiritual Practice
10-Episode Audio Course
with Dr. Yvette Erasmus
Imagine how beautiful life can be when all of our relationships, including the challenging ones, are experienced as gifts to be embraced. That capacity is in you, and I’d love to show you how to nurture it.
Relationships as Spiritual Practice is a ten-episode audio course that reveals how all of the relationships in your life are opportunities for spiritual growth, learning what it takes to love yourself and others while removing the barriers that keep you from that experience of love.
When we see all relationships as a path for spiritual practice…
We treat ourselves and others as sacred with dignity and reverence.
We understand that our defenses, egos, personalities, socialization, and fears can be loved and tamed.
We ground ourselves in our authentic and essential nature.
This course is designed to help you remember who you really are and how to relate to yourself and others from your most deeply loving and liberated self.
Each episode is about 30 minutes long and can be played directly from this website or downloaded.
The course begins with introductory concepts and then moves into revealing answers to universal relationship questions, including:
- How to give up needing to be right
- How to get in touch with your needs
- How to shift from self-righteous to open-hearted
- How to work with anger skillfully
- How to let go of judgement and criticism
